Don't miss this opportunity to be immortalized forever (almost).
We're partnering with EAA to give you a pathway to flight - making it easier, more affordable, and more accessible. There are seven days in the week - none of them is called "Someday". Stop dreaming! Start flying! Check it out.
Our Meetup website can be viewed by anyone interested in our activities. (Meetup/FPA membership is limited to current FPA/EAA 1454 members and their guests.) You're encouraged to visit anytime, get an idea of what we do and plan to attend our Chapter meetings. We also use Meetup to schedule many Chapter activities, like popup fly-outs (the flying kind, not the baseball kind). For our fly-outs, PICs need to know and approve all passengers prior to departure. Since we have over 100 members in our organization, your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
Welcome to Fitchburg Pilots Association/EAA Chapter 1454. We're based at Fitchburg Municipal Airport (KFIT) in north central Massachusetts. Whether you fly, build, restore or simply enjoy airplanes and aviation, you are welcome to attend our events and join our Chapter. We're a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots who get together with like-minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so. Please come to our next meeting or event as our guest.
Our regular Chapter meetings are on the second Tuesday evening of the month at our FPA Aviation Center hangar. Dinner is at 6PM, followed at 7PM by the Chapter meeting and the month's topic. Please attend - member or wannabe. Certainly, we'll all learn something new!
Our Chapter is part of the worldwide network of EAA chapters. EAA embodies the spirit of aviation through the world's most engaged community of aviation enthusiasts. EAA's 170,000 plus members enjoy the fun and camaraderie of sharing their passion for flying, building and restoring recreational aircraft. To find out more about EAA and its programs and services, please visit the EAA's home page at EAA.org.
